🧗 Climb for Veterans Challenge
Support Canadian Veterans and First Responders Living with PTSD
Join the Climb for Veterans Challenge and help support Canadian veterans and first responders living with PTSD through the life-changing work of Service Dogs. While we won’t actually summit Mount Logan, we’ve set its epic height of 5,959 meters as a symbolic goal. Participants complete the equivalent distance by repeatedly traveling a 5.9 km route, tallying their uphill and downhill strides step by step until they reach the summit.
🥾 How It Works:
Route Distance: 5.9 km , approx 1km per loop
Goal: Climb the virtual height of Mount Logan (5,959 m)
Who Can Join: Individuals, families, teams, spectators — even canine companions (dogs welcome on the trail, but not in the chalet)
Why It Matters: Every climb helps fund life-changing PTSD service dog training and support for veterans and first responders across Canada.
📍 Event Details:
Location: Chicopee Tube Park
Address: 1600 River Road, Kitchener, ON
Bonus Fun: Zip-lines will be open (weather dependent). If you’d like to ride, please pre-register with Chicopee Tube Park.
❤️ Your Impact:
Your participation and donations directly support:
