| National Service Dogs Volunteer Survey |
At our annual retreat in October, the Board of Directors of National Service Dogs (NSD) discussed ways to improve communication from the “top” down. In order to ensure that communication is flowing from all avenues, the Board of Directors of NSD would like to request your feedback.
Definitions:
For the purposes of this survey, the following definitions apply:
“job” – refers to your primary duties within NSD, such as kennel volunteer, puppy-raiser, board member, volunteer trainer, fundraiser, etc.
“supervisor” – refers to the person from whom you take directions or to whom you report any problems, ie volunteer co-ordinator, puppy-raiser co-ordinator, trainer, other staff member, board member, etc.
Listed below are a series of statements. After you have read each statement, please indicate whether you agree or disagree with the statement (or have no opinion), by circling the appropriate selection. |
