A Night of Emotion takes THE WAG INC. to Hollywood
(London, ON) - Hollywood is rolling out the red carpet on September 23, 2009 and Londoner Tibor Hattayer, owner of THE WAG INC., will be a featured guest at A Night of Emotion - a celebration of animal adoption and service dogs. This exciting event is sponsored by LA Dogworks, Hollywood's hottest pet spa and dog care centre.
Earlier this year, LA Dogworks decided to stock THE WAG INC.'s line of custom leather leashes and dog accessories.
I am thrilled to have this chance to visit LA Dogworks and be part of such a wonderful event, Hattayer said. It is a great opportunity to publicize the causes we support, and draw attention not only to animal welfare and pet adoption, but to the good things that service dogs do for people across North America.
As the primary sponsor of the Leading the Way program, THE WAG INC. donates a portion of its sales to support service dogs in Canada and the United States through National Service Dogs and the Fidelco Guide Dogs Foundation respectively. The donations will help train dogs to work with children who have autism and people who are visually-impaired. Hattayer will introduce the program to guests at the Hollywood event, which will include Celebrities.
We are passionate about Leading the Way and its potential to improve the quality of life for people who have a disability, Hattayer said. I have worked with people who have autism for over 20 years and I have seen first-hand that trained dogs make a difference. The LA Dogworks event is a wonderful way to share that message and help us grow the program.
Other featured guests will include Good Dog Animal Rescue, Margo's Bark Soda Company (which donates proceeds from its root beer sales to animal adoption), and Jason Gogo Fine Art.
LA Dogworks has been featured in several magazines and on many national news shows as a state-of-the-art luxury dog care centre. It offers daycare and boarding, retail, plus a variety of therapeutic and training services.
